How to get here
Before Shenzhen, it's easiest to get from the neighboring Hong Kong, arriving at the airport of which, you get to your destination as follows:
- on the ferry that departs from the pier of the Hong Kong SkyPier airport and sails to Shenzhen for half an hour;
- on a direct bus that departs from Coach Station. During the trip, passengers will have to cross borders twice, pass passport and customs control;
- on the regular bus A43;
- by metro to Lo Wu station, where you can pass passport and customs control before leaving the city;
- by taxi to the border crossing Lok Ma Chau / Huanggang.
In total there are six border crossings between Hong Kong and Shenzhen: Lok Ma Chau / Huanggang, Lok Ma Chau / Futian Kou'an, Lo Wu / Luohu, Sha Tau Kok / Shatoujiao, Man Kam To / Wenjindu and Shenzhen Wan. The rainy season in this part of China lasts from April to mid-October, during the summer months there are strong monsoons blowing here. Often, Shenzhen falls under the blows of typhoons that come from the east.
