To call to the People's Republic of China, first you need to dial your local area code (for Russia it's 8, for Ukraine 0) and wait for a dial tone, then go to the international branch (we dial 10) and the country code is 86. After that it is necessary to dial the code of the city or mobile operator and the subscriber's number. If you are calling from a mobile phone, first dial +86 and then the code and number you need.

Please note: although formally Hong Kong is part of the PRC, its telephone code is 852 (when calling from a mobile phone + 852)
