How to get there

Bus to Varkala from Trivandrum costs 25 INR (travel time 2 hours). Rickshaw from the northern shore to the village - 20 INR, bus - 6 INR. Rickshaws from the northern shore to the southern coast - 50 INR. Rickshaw to the train station Varkaly - 40 INR (journey time 15 minutes)

Beaches Varkala

Varkaly beach is divided into two parts, between which is the source where the local people go for water:
