How to get here
By plane
Srinagar International Airport accepts direct weekly flights from Dubai. Weekly flights to Srinagar from Delhi and other major cities of the country are carried out by almost all local airlines. Srinagar Airport is located 14 km from the city.
Indian Airlines and Jet Airways operate daily scheduled flights on the Delhi-Leh route, and also three times a week on the Delhi-Srinagar and Delhi-Jammu routes and twice a week Delhi-Chandigarh. Lech Airport is located 6 km from the city center.

Skiing

Patnitop (Jammu) is a small ski resort located at an altitude of 2,024 meters between Jammu (112 km) and Srinagar (180 km). Local slopes are perfect for beginners.

Mountaineering

It is worth taking care of obtaining this permit long before the trip, as the document can be considered for about six months.
