Most of the tourists who visited Israel in 2013, came from the United States. Russian tourists took second place. In third place were tourists from France. The fourth and fifth place was taken by citizens of Germany and Great Britain.

Revenues from the tourist business in 2013 brought about 40 billion shekels (378 billion rubles) to the state budget of Israel.
