Enjoying yourself with historical monuments, plunging into the atmosphere of the past, everyone will want to feel again in our time. For this purpose, the most modern sight of Vilnius - the TV tower with the restaurant "Milky Way", located at an altitude of 165 meters is perfect. From this height, a magnificent view of the city opens.

The height of the tower, among other things, 326 and a half meters - is one of the highest television towers in Eastern Europe. The locals do not really care about this tower, but they definitely show interest. For example, since 2000, for every Christmas, the Vilnius TV tower is decorated like a Christmas tree. And during the World Basketball Championship, which is held in the Lithuanian capital in 2006, she was "put on" a basketball ring.

On the ground floor you can find an exhibition of photographs dedicated to the memory of 14 people who died during the tragic events of January 1991. Crosses and monuments at the entrance remind one of the most important moments for the Lithuanians struggle for independence
