Recreation base Prohladnaya is located 50 km from Astrakhan on the bank of the river Kizan. On the territory of the base there is a rock garden, a rose garden, a pond with fish, pavilions, hammocks. Services are provided for organizing fishing, hunting, winter fishing and spearfishing in the lower Volga.
