Most Russian tourists, 79%, are ready to fly budget airlines for the sake of economy. Travel loukosterami allow Russians to save about a quarter of the cost of air tickets for flights to Europe and the Middle East.

According to Skyskanner's research, 67% of Russians agree on an uncomfortable departure time for the sake of economy. Half of the travelers are ready to travel to a far-located airport, another 45% agree on the lack of a gangway from the airport. 32% of passengers are ready to register for flights online.

The average cost of flight to Europe and the Middle East by discounters was just over 12 thousand RUB in 2014. For comparison, the cost of flights by ordinary airlines was 16 thousand RUB.
