Under the name Divnogorye, three entities immediately disappear: the farm itself, the museum-reserve and the surrounding area, which the tourists are accustomed to calling the "Divas" .This name was fixed behind the chalky remnants, or chalky pillars, which here a hundred years ago there were several dozen .Then, during the construction of the railway and during the war, most of them were blown up .Only religious buildings remained: the church of the Sicilian Icon of the Mother of God, the temples of the Divnogorsky Holy Dormition Monastery and several other divas .

How to get to Divnogorie

From Voronezh to Divnogorie in about two hours you can get by train: first by an electric train going along the Voronezh-Liski line, then along the Liski-Ostrogozhsk or Liski-Alekseevka line. If you want to visit the Divnogorsky Monastery, then you need to go on the island. "Divnogorskaya", the museum-reserve is at the next stop - o.p. «143 km».
By car in Divnogorie it is possible to get there like this: from Voronezh along the M4 highway, turn to Liski, then turn left before entering Liski, a few more kilometers straight on the ring. In the village of Kovalevo, you need to turn left and cross the railroad tracks on the move (in the village of Puhovo, do not do this).
