A small provincial town, a regional center, an inconspicuous point on the map of Russian tourism - so you can say about most Russian cities, but not about the Petushki. Every third compatriot knows about a city with a population of only 15 thousand people who heard the phrase "Moscow - Petushki". This is the name of the poem by Venedikt Erofeev, who lived and worked in Petushki for only a couple of years, but brought his poem into the literary heritage of the country by his poem.

How to get to Petushkov
