Berd Iceland Lodge is the only hotel on the island of Bird, in the Seychelles archipelago. The island itself occupies the territory of 170 acres and is located 30 minutes flight from the island of Mahe. Apart from hotel guests and staff, there are no other human inhabitants on the island.

Rooms at Berd Iceland Lodge

The hotel offers 24 individual chalets for accommodation, which have a huge bed, a large shower room and toilet, a living room and a large veranda. There are no TVs, no air-conditioning, no telephones. Here you can feel yourself far from civilization and get away from everyday worries and vanities of ordinary life. Each chalet can accommodate 3 adults and 1 or 2 children.

The gastronomic facilities of the hotel are presented by a restaurant and bar. There is a special menu for vegetarians

Beach of Berd Iceland Lodge

The beach line is the first. The beach is sandy. Belongs to the hotel. The entrance to the beach, sun beds and canopies are free of charge.
