Spain will soon offer airport passengers a new service that will reduce the time of check-in for the flight and carry out the process on their own. The first pilot devices are installed in the airports of Barcelona, Madrid and Alicante.
The new project is part of the Fast Travel program, implemented by Spain in conjunction with the International Air Transport Association and is designed to simplify the registration procedure at airports. The new technology will allow passengers to independently take their suitcases to their luggage and undergo identification procedures.
