Answers Anna Kharitonova
Samui, Thailand's third largest island, is located in the Gulf of Thailand of the South China Sea, 35 kilometers from the mainland. There are a lot of coconut plantations, unique nature, impenetrable jungles, waterfalls and beaches with white sand.
You can get to the resort in the following ways:
- Aircraft: duration of flight from Bangkok - 1 hour 10 minutes. The journey time from the airport to the hotel takes about 20-40 minutes, depending on the resort zone in which it is located.
- Airplane + ferry: in the administrative center of Samui - the town of Nathon there is a pier from which regular ferry communication with the mainland is established. Travel time from the mainland (pier Donsak) to Nathon - about an hour. And on the mainland, in the province of Suratthani, there is an airport of domestic airlines: the flight Bangkok-Suratthani lasts about 50 minutes, the transfer by car Surratani-Donsak takes about half an hour.
- Machine + ferry: by car it is possible to get from Bangkok to Suratthani, the road will take from 12 hours. Then it will be necessary to get to the pier of Donsak and already from there to go by ferry to Samui.
