Organizers reported that about 60 thousand tickets were sold at the final stage of the race, while last year's record was 55 thousand bought tickets. The executive director of the Abu Dhabi stadium, Al Tarek Al Ameri, proudly noted that the current stage will be the most visited in the history of the race, stressing that the demand for tickets was unprecedented.
