If you love the thrill, then you should definitely visit one of the best water parks in the Middle East - the water park Wild Wild in Dubai. Translated from the "Anglo-Arabic" Wild Wadi means "the channel of the mountain river". And really - incredible attractions are as fast and exciting as the mountain streams.

Wild Wadi Water Park in Dubai is one of the best water parks in the Middle East.

Wild Wadi is located in a prestigious area - between fashionable hotels "Burj Al Arab" and "Jumeirah Beach". By the way, the guests of these hotels and all the hotels belonging to the Jumeirah Group can visit the water park for free. Visitors to Wild Wadi get to the fairytale country - everything is decorated in the style of the eastern fairy tale about Sinbad the Sailor. In total, there are 30 attractions, as well as cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops

Wild Wadi Water Park

Wild Wadi accepts guests of any age. However, if you decide to visit the water park with children, it is worth considering that the children below 110 cm will not be able to ride on many slides in connection with safety regulations. Instructors simply will not allow the child to go to the rides. It is interesting that the team of rescuers in the park is international, many speak Russian. For very young visitors there are special entertainments

The water temperature in Wild Wadi is always +28 degrees Celsius

"Wild Wadi" has very interesting attractions that many other water parks do not have. For example, here you can ride on one of the fastest and highest slides with the effect of free fall. It is called Jumeirah Sceirah. Due to the strong water pressure, you first climb up to a height of 23 meters, and then through a special hatch ride in the tunnel, where you can develop a speed of up to 80 km / h.

In addition, here is the largest breakwater Breakers Bay in the Middle East . Fans can swim at this attraction in a small storm - parallel and intersecting waves reach a height of one and a half meters. If you are unsure of yourself in the water, it is better to use the life jacket.

Practical information

Wild Wadi water park is open from November to February from 10am to 6pm. From March to May - until 19.00. In June-August from 10.00 to 20.00. From September to October - until 19.00. The ticket price for one person is 235 Dhs. A ticket for a child (up to 110 cm tall) is 175 dirhams. If you want to have a snack in the aquapark or buy souvenirs, you do not have to bring a bag or purse. At the entrance to the wrist all guests of the complex are attached a special waterproof card, on which you can transfer a certain amount of money. The remaining funds will be returned to you at the exit. It is easy to get to the water park - you can take a taxi or take a regular bus number 8, stopping at the Golden Market in Dubai

was here in January 2014
It so happened that our trip to Dubai fell on a winter month. At first we thought that the water park would not be able to visit. Still, January is the winter in the Emirates. But, as it turned out, this is quite a comfortable time for water recreation. The air temperature in January was 24 degrees, and the water in the pools of the Wild Wadi water park is heated to 26-28 degrees. Taxis in the Emirates are expensive, so we decided to go by subway to the station The mall of Emirates, and from there walk to the water park. Go there is not very far and if ... Read the full review
