Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, speaking on December 2, 2014 in the Verkhovna Rada, said that the government expects the introduction of a visa-free regime with the EU in May 2015, at the Eastern Partnership summit in Riga.
Recall that in July 2013 Ukraine moved to a simplified visa regime with the European Union. Now Kiev counts on the complete abolition of visas and in the future to join the EU.
At the same time, experts believe that with the abolition of visas, the number of illegal migrants from Ukraine in Europe will grow by about 4 times in the next 10 years.
