Add a review about the Road of Grief

Another important Christian shrine of Jerusalem is Via Dolorosa (aka the Way of the Cross and the Road of Sorrow). It is believed that it was this way that Jesus walked from the place where the verdict was announced (now it is the Muslim quarter) to the place of execution (the Church of the Holy Sepulcher). There are 14 canonized stops on Via Dolorosa, each of which is associated with an event on the Way of the Cross and is marked by a chapel or a church.

Go Via Dolorosa better with a guide or armed with guides: first, Momo all 14 stops problematic, secondly, just to look at them a little, and thirdly, a pilgrim with his rigid ways can bring down many merchants who vying tout tourists into their shops.
