As it turned out, several planned operations in various foreign clinics around the world were made by him and his family members through fraud.

Such a method of "free treatment", as it turned out, is quite widespread: the tourist, having an insurance policy on his hands, turns to him in the medical center and negotiates with the doctors so that his chronic ailment on the documents turned out to be an insurance case. Thus, all costs for the services rendered are borne by the insurance company.

A resourceful Israeli was easier to conduct such machinations, because he himself was a doctor, and besides - a co-founder of a medical center, and therefore could easily issue any necessary documents.
