A general power of attorney is required with the right to travel abroad. The power of attorney must be certified by a notary.

In order to easily cross the border of Latvia, each of those traveling in a car must present a passport with a valid visa, as well as medical insurance issued in accordance with the rules put forward by the state.

The driver must carry an international driver's license - a plastic card, where the name and surname in English are indicated .It will take a certificate of registration of the car, as well as insurance of civil liability - Green Card .It can be purchased on the territory of the Russian Federation at a maximum of 30 days before departure to Latvia, the minimum period of validity of the document is 15 days .The corporate car is additionally required to have a general power of attorney certified by the notary to leave the car abroad .
