Are there any options for buying a return ticket cheaper if one way is already bought

I already bought an air ticket to Mexico on 13 March. There is not enough money for a return air ticket on April 3. Can I buy a cheap ticket back? With any group or charter?

Usually airlines sell one way ticket for 65-75% of the cost there and back. Thus, it will be much more profitable to purchase a refund by re-issuing a ticket than to buy one more one way
