The capital of Monaco is preparing to host the annual summer music festival Monte-Carlo Sporting Summer Festival. The event will be held from July 4 to August 21.

This year the traditional festival celebrates its 40th anniversary. As part of the event, such world stars as Lana Del Rei, Lisa Minneli, Kevin Costner and Julio Iglesias will perform on the stage

Also the festival will feature the legendary Let it be, dedicated to the life and work of the Beatles group. A concert of the legendary pop artist Elton John is also planned to be held

The solemn culmination of the music festival will be a grand firework that will illuminate the sky over Monte Carlo
