The Principality of Monaco, formally the most populous place in the world, once again wants to expand its two square kilometers area. This time, the authorities announced the erection of six hectares of alluvial territories, where new luxury houses will be built for the wealthiest people of the world, as well as the Grimaldi Forum concert hall. Prince of Monaco Albert II stressed that he assumes responsibility for preserving sea ​​landscape and the existing ecosystem of the coast: just twenty meters to the right of the next quarter the Larvotto marine reserve begins - the pride of the principality. The construction of the quarter is planned for 12 years. The planned total area of ​​premises to be put up for sale is 60,000 square meters. Ideally, the building company will have to build a 20-meter-high frame on which all buildings and structures will be built. The search for candidates for the project has already started.
