The Viking Ship Museum (Vikingskiphuset) was built in 1913 and keeps three rooks raised from the sea day. All three ships exhibited in the museum were built in the 9th century and lay for 1000 years on a clayey seabed.

The second, located in the eastern wing of the museum, was intended for long voyages, on such a vessel Vikings could cross the ocean . The third vessel, located in the western wing, is the smallest, only a few fragments have been preserved from it . In the southern wing there are objects found on ships: sledges, bells and canes with tips in the form of beast heads . Museum paid . Equipped with free Wi-Fi, QR codes with lots of useful information, so even children there will be interested .
Address: Huk Aveny 35, Oslo.
