We will be in Cracow a couple of days. What is worth seeing in the first place?

Answer by Eugene Lubeznikov, All Poland
Being in Krakow, first of all, of course you need to go to the Old Town - it's called Stare Miasto and is located in the 1st of 18 areas of the city. Here is the famous Royal Castle on the Wawel Hill, which has the same significance for the Poles as for us - the Kremlin.

It is worth to visit the Jewish district of Kazimierz and stroll through its narrow streets with old synagogues. It is interesting to visit the salt mines (caves) in the small town of Wieliczka, about half an hour's drive from Krakow
