Dzhankhot is a tiny resort village that stretches along a narrow mountain valley. From the most remote corners of the village to the sea you can walk 15-20 minutes. There are various conditions for accommodation of tourists: from very modest rooms in the private sector and old recreation centers to modern and comfortable mini-hotels near the sea.

The sea beach near Dzhanhot is one, and small. Near it is a very high density of development: dozens of mini-hotels, guest houses, slipways (small cottages located no further than 50 m from the coast). The farther the dwelling from the sea, the more there are the tourist centers and fewer hotels. Most of the tourist centers are to the left of the riverbed of the river Hotecai, there is also a well-known Dzhanhotsky boarding house and a large recreation center.

In Praskoveevka, located in the distance from the sea, there are not many hotels. Precisely because the residential development of the village is remote from the sea, the development of Praskoveevka as a resort is rather difficult. There are several new mini-hotels and a number of quite affordable and low-priced offers in the private sector - all that in 20 - 25 minutes walk from the sea. Closer to the coast there are only old recreation centers and closed departmental boarding houses. In the summer camps also operate here.
