On the main square of the city there is a whole temple complex of buildings from 17-19 centuries, the most remarkable building in this complex is the Cathedral of Michael the Archangel, built from 1696 to 1705. The temple combines elements of a typical cathedral with typical decorative elements of the Moscow Baroque. Baroque elements are also visible in the interior of the church.
Other buildings of the cathedral complex are the Jerusalem church, built in the style of classicism, and one of the highest bell-towers in the Moscow suburbs (73 meters) erected by the architect Beauvais in pseudo-Russian style .Another beautiful and ancient church, the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Bronnitsy .The red brick temple built in the pseudo-Russian style was built several years - from 1867 to 1871 .The temple was erected on the site of the old wooden church of Elijah the Prophet, financed by the merchant of the first guild and the famous patron - Alexei Kononovich Kononov .The church was closed by the Bolsheviks, and was used as a warehouse and shop, the church cemetery was destroyed by the Bolsheviks .The Assumption Church was restored and reopened in 2003 .
One of the interesting sights of the city is the "Manor of the Priest", an architectural monument of the 19th century, built in 1865. To relatively late historical buildings of the city can be attributed barracks of the horse regiment (squat one-story buildings were built in the early 19 th century). The Bronnitsy History Museum presents the public with an exposition telling about the important pages of the city's existence, famous residents and glorious achievements.
