Zhebrei is a small village not far from Perm. The usual Russian village - at least, was such until recently. It changed after the appearance in the vicinity of the ski complex "Zhebrei". And this is wonderful, because Permsky Krai has a very beautiful, unique nature, and if tourism develops there it is really very good.

The village of Zhebrei is a part of Frolovsky rural settlement of the Perm region. The village is small - less than 400 people. It is located just over 30 km from Perm, most of the residents work there.

The village occupies a very beautiful place: it is on the bank of a large river Sylva in the place where the river turns sharply. The village was in the loop of the river, on the headland, which is projecting into the water.

Recently, many recreation centers and small private hotels have appeared here. If you want to live, you can also live in Perm - it's close, the road to Zhebrei takes about 30 minutes.

People in this region live from ancient times, so here, in the Frolovsky district, there are several ancient sites: Glyadenovskoye Gorodische (Glyadenovo village), Saturday (between the villages of Subbotino and Andronovo) and Fedotovskoye Gorodische (village of Fedotovo). All of them were discovered and investigated in the Soviet times.

Glyadenovskoye ancient settlement - remains of the cult sacrificial place. During the excavations, a large number of donated items and several ritual burials were found.

Subbotinsky hillfort belongs to the early Iron Age. These are the remains of the settlement. They are practically invisible, but nevertheless it is curious.

Fedotovskoe ancient settlement dates back to 3-4 centuries AD. e. It seems to have been started to explore again and added to the list of "for reconstruction" archaeological sites in the Perm region. It is located in a beautiful place on the bank of the river.

Sylva River

From the natural attractions the main here is the river. It is called Sylva, the village is right on the shore, surrounded by a river on both sides. It is a calm flat river, which is famous for the purity of the water and the very pronounced tortuosity of the riverbed.

Sylva is bent by whimsical loops, creating stunningly beautiful views. Opposite the village it is wide - about 2 km. The river is calm and for sporting rafting it is not very suitable, but for a calm canoeing trip, if you want, you can peacefully admire the beautiful beaches - what you need. The rafting is possible from May to September, when planning it is worth considering that the river is navigable.

The river has rather steep banks, there are karst deposits, and many picturesque tributaries. It is famous for the purity of water and the fact that there are a lot of fish here, including rare and delicious.

Zhebrei Ski Resort

The main thing that attracts tourists is still a ski resort The "Zebres". It is located about 1 km from the village. It is positioned as an "active recreation park" and now works both in winter and in summer. The park is new - it opened only in 2007

In winter the center offers winter sports. There are 5 ski runs with artificial snowmaking of the blue and red categories, there is a serpentine route. The total length of the trails is 4100 m, the width of the trails is about 40 m, the direction for all is northeastern, there are artificial lighting on the tracks.

The tracks are equipped with 2 drag lifts, each of them with a throughput system. The cost of one upgrade is 60 RUB (for autumn 2014)

A snowboard track with a length of 300 m is separately marked. It is equipped with various rails, boxes and two springboards. There is a tunnel for snowtubing.

It is possible to stay in the park, there are built 3 comfortable houses "in the Russian style" with all amenities. Also there is a camping. On the territory there is a cafe, parking and a sauna.

In summer the park "Zhebrei" offers various types of outdoor activities for the whole family. The complex has its own beach (700 m), there are sports grounds for playing beach volleyball and the usual beach amenities - sun loungers, etc. Also the park has its own pier on the river, parking of boats is possible. Created a complex for playing paintball, everyone can play, and equipment can be rented.

You can swim, including with children, the river is famous for clean and relatively warm water. Especially for children, the so-called rope park was created - it is possible to pass the route on suspended rope ladders.

Trout fishing is possible, the cost is 550 RUB for 1 kg of fish caught by you. And there are a lot of fish here. The complex is located in a picturesque place, near the river. Possible walks, beach holidays or water sports.
