I liked everything, calm and measured rest, friendly and unobtrusive staff and the trip as a whole was successful September 23, 2014
We went to Kaliningrad for May in advance booked the hotel Heliopark Kaiserhof and as it turned out not to lose.
Convenient location of the hotel in the city, anywhere in the taxi 10-15 minutes. The room has a good view of the river and the embankment, as well as excellent staff, cleanliness and well-groomed. Pleasant room, TV plasma, bedside tables with guide to the city, at the entrance to a standard wardrobe inside the safe (worked without failures), a minibar. We went to Kaliningrad for May in advance booked the hotel Heliopark Kaiserhof and as it turned out not lost. Convenient location of the hotel in the city, anywhere in the taxi 10-15 minutes. The room has a good view of the river and the embankment, as well as excellent staff, cleanliness and well-groomed. Just want to add the presence of a hotel in the hotel, which we enjoyed with pleasure after daily excursions and decent breakfast in the hotel.
