Cuisine
Andalusian cuisine is the history of the region in color, aroma and taste. And since the Mediterranean diet is in vogue today, fresh fruits, vegetables, fish and olive oil from Andalusia have become a local attraction. Much has been borrowed from the Moorish cuisine since the time of Al-Andalus, including the style of serving the table and serving dishes. If you are somewhere in the coastal city, then most likely, your dish will be fresh fish, if away from the sea - that meat.
Beaches of Andalusia
- Costa del Almeria - coast with an unusual landscape that stretches along the southern part of the Iberian Peninsula and only recently won the attention of travelers as a resort with ultramodern tourist infrastructure.
- Costa de la Luz. Once the object of the desires of the Greeks, Romans and the Moors today is the coast with 200 km of ideal golden sand attracting the attention of lovers of a calm and measured rest. Ideal conditions for water sports and golf. By the way, the local town of Ronda is the birthplace of bullfighting in Spain, and here is the most dizzying bridge across a huge abyss
- Costa del Sol, washed by the Mediterranean Sea, stretched for 150 km along the coastline of the province of Malaga. The name "Sunny Beach" received for the presence on its territory of 325 sunny days a year and a gentle climate.
- The Costa Tropical coast is located on the territory between the Costa del Sol and Costa del Almeria.
