San Antonio (San Antonio) - the second largest city of Ibiza and, according to British clubbers, the capital of club life in the world. How to get there
San Antonio has excellent transport links to all parts of the island. The city of Ibiza and the airport are approximately 20 minutes away by car. A taxi from the airport will cost around € 27-30.
By bus from the airport, you can get to the city of Ibiza and then transfer to the bus next to San Antonio. In the summer months, a direct bus runs (the ticket costs € 3).
You can get to San Antonio and back by ferry from Barcelona or Palma.

Beach
Along the whole resort stretches palm avenue framing Portus Magnus is one of the most beautiful natural harbor-ports in Europe with ancient history. There are always a lot of yachts, boats and ferries mooring around the clock.
Behind the promenade is a wide beach with a length of 500 m with clean white sand and a coastline, gently passing into the sea. The water is clean, the depth is safe for children. Here it is possible to rent umbrellas and sunbeds, there are showers
Entertainment and attractions of San Antonio
In May, June, September and October, it is usually quite calm here: mostly young lovers and not very couples are relaxing, watching the sunset in Café del Mar.
High season - July and August - a hot season for British "holidays", hot parties and a bustling nightlife. Recently, British tourists have been added to the Germans, Italians, Scandinavians and the Dutch.
San Antonio became famous for his "Sunset Strip" (in the west of the city in the area of Calo d'es Moro ) - the sunsets here are incredibly beautiful, so usually tourists take a cocktail and enjoy a beautiful spectacle.
In the central square grow blossoming exotic trees and "sing" fountains. From here it is best to watch salutes on St. Bartholomew's feast day on August 24.
Even in the heart of the city stands an ancient 14th century church, and nearby the legendary "Christopher Columbus Egg" representing the ship of this discoverer of new lands "Santa Maria". The egg itself is associated with the legend that Columbus managed to "put the egg" vertically (slightly breaking it at a larger base). The legend gave rise to a winged expression, meaning to overcome a problem that initially seems insoluble.
Passeig de ses Fonts alley is part of a coastal promenade along which palm and rubber trees grow, and in the evenings fountains are illuminated. On the opposite side of the alley are cafes and restaurants.
Most of the bars and small clubs (Viva, Hush, Koppas, Tropicana, Amsterdam Bar, Soul City, Funky Flares) are located on the western outskirts of San Antonio. The institutions work either from 14.00 to 04:00, or from 21.00 to 06:00.
