Valery Chaly believes that the decision on a visa-free regime can be taken already this spring at the summit "Vostochnoe partnership" in Riga, which will allow to cancel visas by the end of the year.

In addition, on January 12, Ukraine began issuing biometric passports, which, according to politicians, is also an important step on the way to a visa-free regime.

Experts believe that in case of visa cancellation, the number of illegal migrants to the EU countries in the coming decades can grow by 4 times.
