It's no surprise that Oregon knows something about beer, because some of the key ingredients that make beer into beer can be found right in the backyard of any house. That's why the return of spring is celebrated in the Spring Beer and Wine Fest beer festival in Portland, which takes place at the Oregon Convention Center in late March.
The event lasts only two days from 12 pm and until 11 pm. The ticket costs 25 dollars, which includes ten tasting coupons and a souvenir glass. If you are among the first 500 lucky ones to come to the festival, then the entrance to it will be free.
In total, the festival will feature 80 different beers that can be tasted, as well as lots of chocolate, cheese and other delicacies . Among the brewing companies, it is worth noting Georgetown Brewing Company, Hopworks Urban Brewery, and Rusty Truck Brewing Company, but do not forget about the wineries that will also participate in Spring Beer and Wine Fest.
