A large number of precious paintings and rare objects lost by Russia (icons, porcelain, Faberge eggs) found a permanent home in the Russian collection of Maggiore Meriweather Post, founder of the Hillwood Museum, located in the 1920 mansion.

The museum operates on a daily basis from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm
