Festival of Cuban cigars in Havana

International Cuban Cigar Festival starts in Havana, attended by more than a thousand representatives of the tobacco industry and experts from 70 countries of the world. The festival program includes dinner parties, a visit to the Roma Museum and bars, where Ernest Hemingway liked to be. The opening of the festival, which this year is dedicated to the cigar brands Montecristo and Partagas, will take place in the fortress of San Carlos de la CabaƱa, built in the second half of the 18th century by the order of the King of Spain Carlos III. The holiday will last until March 2, 2013.
