Thanks to its tall spire, equipped with a viewing platform, St. Peter's Church is visible from afar. The elevator raises visitors to a height of 72 meters, where the vast expanse of the city on the Western Dvina opens.
St. Peter's Church, located in the historic center of the city, is the oldest building in Riga, dating back to 1209. The total height of the tower is 123,5 meters, of which 64, 5 meters falls on the spire, crowned with a cockerel Address: Skārņu iela 19.
The church and lookout tower are open for visitors every day except Monday from 10:00 to 18 : 00 from September to May and from 10:00 to 19:00 from June to August; on Sundays from 12:00 to 18:00 and from 12:00 to 19:00, respectively. The cost of admission tickets is 4 LVL for adults, 2 LVL for children under 17.
