Malaysia has once again earned the title of one of the safest countries not only Southeast Asia, but the world as a whole: according to the results of the Global Peace Index of 2013, it again managed to get into the top thirty, finishing the 29th place.

This indicator was previously confirmed by the UN Office in 2012, in which Malaysia received the country with one of the lowest crime rates in the world. The National Tourism Office of Malaysia also focuses on the record high level of safety of local hotels for tourists: the number of missing property from rooms or safes compared to neighboring countries is kept to a minimum.

In short, preparing for a trip to Malaysia, one should not worry for safety things and their own lives
