Zelenets is a small village (only about a hundred inhabitants) in the Orlicky Mountains near the Polish-Czech border. And in combination - a ski resort, the best suitable for families with children. How to get here
The nearest airports to Zelentsu are Warsaw (120 km) and Prague (130 km). Transfer can be ordered in the booked hotel or at the airport. Of course, the transfer will be cheaper, the more people in the group. You can also get by train or plane to Wroclaw (via Warsaw), then transfer by bus or car. The last years, when interest in mountain skiing became massive, groups began to be formed, which are invited to go by train from Moscow to Brest, and then by bus.

Climate
The microclimate of the resort is unique, it promotes the formation of red blood cells, which has a beneficial effect on the body, contributing to its overall improvement. The effect is noticeable just after 2-3 days of stay at the resort.
Hotels
It is believed that Zelenets is family-oriented. Accommodation here is offered mainly in small cozy houses and boarding hotels, which fully correspond to their purpose: they provide not only coziness and comfort, but also the possibilities for accommodation of sports equipment. In summer, almost no one comes here, but in winter Zelenets is one of the most visited resorts in the Sudeteniac Mountains, therefore it is necessary to book rooms in advance.
Trails of Zelents
Thirty lifts combine the local routes (mainly for beginners and skiers of the middle level) into a single network with a total length of about 15 km. There are 8 trails for night descent, and for snowboard fans - a snow park.
Since the trails here are very suitable for beginners and not very experienced skiers and snowboarders, in Zielents there are several schools with certified instructors. Classes can be held either in a group or individually. But there is one school here that is inaccessible to tourists, Polish border guards are trained there. This school has its own lift, the entrance to which strangers is also prohibited.
As in any ski resort, there are many points of providing services to alpine skiers: equipment rental, shops where you can buy necessary equipment, workshops where you can repair damaged equipment.
Entertainment, excursions and attractions of Zelents
Cafes, bars and restaurants with national cuisine, disco, but the evening life is not very bright and diverse .But in the afternoon you can join an excursion group going to one of the nearby cities (Wroclaw, Prague, Warsaw), to Table Mountains or to the Chopin Mansion, which is nearby .You can devote time to a trip to the water park "Water World" (Kudowa Zdroj, 12 km from Zelents), which offers not only entertainment on the water, but also the services of a beauty salon, a room for biological regeneration and a masseur .Here you can go to the bowling alley and restaurant, or to the natural Salt Cave, which is also in Kudowa Zdrój .
