Father Frost responded to a letter from a schoolgirl from Ingushetia with a request to light a Christmas tree in her hometown, harnessed her faithful friends of deer and set off on a long journey from Veliky Ustyug to the south of the country.

Upon arrival at the site, Father Frost met with the author of the letter, fifth-grader Lali, and lit a New Year tree 1, 52 km above sea level. Thus, the festive tree in Ingushetia became the most high-ranking in the country. In response, the schoolgirl read to Santa Claus a poem and presented a drawing. The girl also got sweets and a toy as a gift

The festive lighting of the Christmas tree ended with a colorful fireworks, during which Father Frost went to fulfill the wishes of other children.
