Tormosin is located in the Chernyshkovskiy district of the Volgograd region. The farm stretches for several kilometers along the river Aksenets.

Tsimlyansk Sands
This national park was established in 2003 to conserve sands, vegetation and wildlife. The sands never completely overgrow, and on large ridges barchanic chains appear. Once they attacked and threatened the farm, but today they do not pose a threat.
One of the attractions of the park is a herd of wild horses, mustangs. They do not admit tourists, they can only be admired from afar. It's difficult to meet with them, because the park has a huge territory. And it is populated only by 15 percent.

Tsimlyansk Reservoir
This reservoir on the Don River is located 20 kilometers from Tormosina. It is believed that this is the most productive reservoir in Russia for fishing. When Tsimlyanskaya HPP was built here, we had to flood a large area. So under the water was a historical monument - Khazar city-fortress Sarkel.
