Spoiled rest October 21, 2011
The room is very cold. Batteries are hardly warm. We slept under two blankets. I did not save the additional electric heater installed in the room. In the morning it was impossible to take a shower, the water is a little warm. After a night in the hotel, Regina woke up with a cold. Bad rest

The number was booked through the site of this hotel. Have received in confirmation electronic voucher. At the entrance it turned out that our reservation had been withdrawn and all the seats were occupied. Very disappointed in the administrative functions of this hotel
