Alticante International Airport El Altet is located 12 to the south-west of the city center, you can get there by bus or taxi.

C-6 buses depart every 20 -40 minutes (in summer more often) from the parking lot at the lower level (level 2 in the new terminal) to Plaza Puerta del Mar, passing along the road bus station. The journey time is 20-25 minutes, the fare is 2, 65-3 EUR. Opening hours: from 6am to midnight every day

The fare for a taxi will be 20-25 EUR depending on the distance. A free car can be found at the exit from the arrival hall (level 0 in the new terminal). In addition, you can rent a car from here, Avis, Budget, Hertz and Europcar stands are presented at the airport.
