Gradusov 17, it's cold to swim, especially to the child. But to sunbathe and be on the beach is very comfortable, not hot. Traditionally the warmest resort is Djerba, however, there are no direct charter flights from Russia yet. You can also consider Mahdia, where it's a degree or two warmer than, for example, in Hammamet
