From 6 to 28 February 2015, the emirate will host a Culinary Festival that will present visitors with all the gastronomic diversity of Dubai The festival will presents both Arabic cuisine and dishes from world-famous chefs and unique conceptual institutions.
Many events for visitors are planned within the framework of the Culinary Festival. In particular, a feast of Peruvian cuisine will be held in Souk Madinat Jumeira, where guests will be able to taste exotic dishes such as kauza, empanadas, tiradito, seviche and film.
For professionals in the field of gastronomy, the Gulffood exhibition will be held at the Dubai International Trade Center , in which 120 national pavilions and 20,000 brands will be presented. Also, from 16 to 18 February, the Global Restaurant Investment Forum will be held, where investment opportunities in the emirate and the region will be discussed.
The final event of the Culinary Festival will be the feast of the national cuisine of the emirates, where you can get acquainted with chefs and taste your favorite dishes. The event will take place on the back of the Palm Jumeirah
