Messili Trails
The season of skiing in this part of Finland usually starts in mid-November and lasts until April. Slopes are serviced by high-class equipment, which ensures excellent state of the trails during the whole season. The maximum height difference is 111 m, the maximum length of the route is 880 m. In total there are 14 trails at the resort (they are serviced by 13 lifts), ten of which are illuminated. There is a hill for sledging, there is also a snow park with a straight and half-pipe.
Entertainment, excursions and attractions Messili
On Lake Vesijarvi (Vesijarvi) all year round excellent fishing. Other fun: snowmobiling, riding club, sports center in Lahti (5 km from Messil) with four swimming pools. The restaurant of the Kartano Ravintola Manor is famous for its delicious European and traditional Finnish cuisine.
