The Vilnius Tourist Office presented an updated version of Vilnius City Card, a special card granting the right of free access to city museums and the use of public transport for a certain period of time.
From now on, the guests of the Lithuanian capital will be able to take part in new excursions, rent a bicycle or car, visit wellness procedures and even fly in a balloon. In addition, the owners of Vilnius City Card automatically receive about a hundred various discounts on shopping, visiting restaurants and hiking cultural events.
As before, the card is available in three versions: for 24 hours without a ticket (13 EUR), for 24 hours with a travel ticket (17 EUR) and for 72 hours with a travel ticket (26 EUR). You can buy it both in the information and information centers of the city, and in the official online store.
The Vilnius Tourism website recalls that, by the end of 2013, the growth of Vilnius City Card buyers amounted to almost 50 percent.
