Villas 1 to 9 are located in a group of 3 lines along the beach of Anse d'est Beach. Villas 10 (Villa Royale) and 11 (Villa North Island) are located separately from the rest and are hidden from prying eyes in the north of Anse d'est Beach in the takamaki thickets.

Each villa has its own private swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a covered arbor with a four-poster bed for taking air baths on an open terrace (200 sq. m.), living room, kitchen-dining room, large bathroom with marble bath, shower, separate toilet and bidet, outside shower, main and extra bedroom. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 19.
