everyone liked everything: starting from the fact that they settled already at 11 o'clock, no dollars in the passport - a wonderful number , overlooking the mountains and the hotel grounds. Cleaned daily. In the restaurant, food for every taste and stomach - if you do not like spicy food - is familiar to us, only to go through the whole restaurant to the end and it is prepared straight for you practically. Staff at retsepshen - if you do not understand, call an employee with whom there is no difficulty in explaining. The pool is clean, the animators in the evening arrange quite watchable shows.

the hotel does not hold up to the declared 5 *. If you compare with other hotels 5, then this pulls a maximum of 3!
1. Meals for 3, if you do not come to dinner / breakfast to the beginning-there will be nothing to eat.
2. Disgustingly DIRTY and BITTERED utensils (this was not even seen in 3 * hotels).
3.Servis terrible, at the reception there is no sense in asking anything, the rooms are not cleaned, the beds are crumpled and in the holes, the towels are washed to the holes.
The card from the number simply does not work, it was necessary to change every day.
4. Air conditioners flow, in the rooms rot carpets from this.
5. The beach is quite small, to which you need to go on the bridge, which supposedly goes to the beach, but after this bridge it is necessary to go through the city territory. There are no toilets and cabins for changing clothes.

Queen Elizabeth Elite Suite Hotel & SPA 5 * is located in a small village of Goynyuk near the town of Keme . The hotel attracted me with its unusual building: it's a huge Passenger Liner. Even in the photo on the Internet it looked very impressive. I had a lot of positive impressions of the rest in this hotel, at least more than negative . I really love the town of Kemer, I've often rested here. The combination of the sea, mountains and warm climate leave no one indifferent. We bought into an unusual design and low price. Children also participated in the selection of the hotel and, seeing that it was made in the shape of a ship, just jumped with happiness.
First of all, everywhere there is an unsanitary condition! Dirty forks and glasses in the restaurant, in the room, will normally be cleaned only for an additional fee. A couple of times in the spa tried to foist not fresh towels.
